El primer colegio de Cartagena que cuenta con paneles solares
La Institución Educativa Jorge Artel de Cartagena se convirtió en el primer colegio público de la ciudad en implementar un sistema de energía solar que le permitirá ahorrar hasta un 60% en su consumo energético, según informó el Distrito.
