- Subsidized gasoline distribution in Venezuela is based on the last digit of license plates.
- Cars have a monthly quota of 120 liters, and motorcycles have 60 liters.
- International-priced gasoline is available without purchase limits.
- The weekly schedule assigns specific days for license plates ending in certain numbers.
- Users can check their remaining balance by texting 'SALDO' or 'GASOLINA' to 3777.
- Electronic payment through BiopagoPDV is mandatory for subsidized gasoline.
- The current system, formalized in June 2020, distinguishes between subsidized and international-priced gasoline.
