Fredonia ya tiene un renovado escenario deportivo
En una nueva muestra de la transformación que continúan viviendo los puntos de encuentro y recreación de toda la ciudad, el alcalde Mayor de Cartagena, Dumek Turbay Paz, en compañía del director del Instituto Distrital de Deporte y Recreación (IDER), Campo Elías Therán Humanez, hizo entrega oficial este sábado del renovado escenario deportivo del tradicional barrio Fredonia.
