51 quemados con pólvora en lo corrido de diciembre en Bogotá: aquí las cifras
No cabe duda de que la pólvora se ha convertido en una de las principales problemáticas que en la capital ya deja 51 afectados por quemaduras, durante las épocas decembrinas. Pese a las diferentes campañas, por parte de la Alcaldía, algunos ciudadanos siguen realizando la manipulación indiscriminada de este material explosivo.
