El gobierno del alcalde Dumek Turbay Paz, a través de la Secretaría de Infraestructura Distrital, ejecutó una intervención rápida, estratégica y de alto impacto en uno de los corredores más transitados de la ciudad: el sector de la Bomba del Amparo, Ronda Real, Santa Lucía y La Plazuela.
